2012 ASHRAE Annual Conference
The conference is expected to attract some 2000 attendees from 60 countries. The technical program takes place Sunday, June 24 – Wednesday, June 27, and includes paper presentations as well as non-paper presentations. Approved papers are published in ASHRAE. The 2012 ASHRAE Annual Conference has set the tracks for the submission of papers and programs for presentation. Click on the Conference Info/Tracks tab to view the tracks, abstracts and track chairs. The first deadline is September 26, 2011 for the submission of papers. Click on the Author's Resources tab to view descriptions of the two different types of papers – technical papers (longer, more rigorous peer review) and conference papers (shorter, less rigorous peer review). The Submission Process tab describes in detail the conference paper submission process and provides examples of conference paper abstracts, which are submitted for approval prior to writing the conference paper. Technical Committee members who wish to organize a Conference Paper Session comprised of conference papers can find information under the Submission Process tab. The information includes a link to a form to request to organize a Conference Paper Session as well as a link to a Session Chair Handbook.
