2013 ASHRAE Winter Conference
Deep in the heart of Texas, where the stars at night are big and bright, ASHRAE members will convene in Dallas to corral energy use and blaze the way in high performing building design. Join the Society as it returns to Dallas for the 2013 Winter Conference. The ASHRAE co-sponsored AHR Expo® will also be held in conjunction with the Conference. This is your opportunity to: Network and reconnect with other members and old friends Build on your education and earn professional credits at ALI courses Update your library with the most recent publications from the ASHRAE Bookstore Stay informed on the latest advancements in the industry, while earning PDHs, during technical sessions Examine new and innovative technology at the AHR Expo Relax and mingle at social events and general tours Housing: Headquarter Hotel Sheraton Dallas (Formerly Adams Mark) 400 North Olive Street Dallas, Texas, 75201 Rates: $185 Housing reservations will be available in August via an online link for ASHRAE committee members. Conference registrants will receive the online housing link at the time they register. Telephone reservations will not be available, ensuring rooms are available for those attending the ASHRAE Conference. The technical program and committee meetings are held in the Sheraton, which is centrally located in downtown Dallas and steps from the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) system. DART provides access to the Dallas Convention Center, location of the AHR Expo. Transit time is approximately 14 minutes with one time fares of $1.75 or daily passes for $4. Registration Is Now Open Registration fees are as follows: Early bird (until Nov. 4): $345, ASHRAE member, ($535, non-member) Advance until Dec. 31: $370, member ($560, non-member) Fees beginning Jan. 7: $485, ASHRAE member ($675, non-member) First-time Conference attendee: Early bird (through Nov. 4): $320, ASHRAE member, ($510, non-member) Advance (through Dec. 31): $345, ASHRAE member, ($535, non-member) Fees beginning Jan. 7: $460, ASHRAE member ($650, non-member) Note: ASHRAE has instituted new registration fees for speakers, student branch advisors and students.
