SYSCO, LI
operates a 400,000 sq. ft.
facility in Central Islip, NY
for the storage and distribution
of food to supply food service
operators in the NY/LI area.
The Facility includes 88,000 sq.
ft. of frozen storage space,
ammonia refrigeration plant as
well as the use of hydrogen
fueled forklift trucks to
enhance the interior air quality.
